Delaware LLCs in NY Real Estate Transactions: Part 1: Basic Considerations

Partner Adrienne B. Koch is publishing a four-part series in the New York Law Journal on the use of Delaware LLCs in New York real estate transactions.  Her first article, published on February 18,  discusses some basic considerations that should be considered in choosing that entity form for such transactions.  Future articles in the series will discuss some of the other implications and consequences of that choice.
