Splits Among the Departments: What Might Be Ripe for the Court of Appeals

Sheridan recently published an article in the New York Law Journal exploring certain conflicts among the departments of the Appellate Division of New York’s Supreme Court, which discusses how these conflicts create issues that might be ripe for review by the Court of Appeals and how practitioners litigating these issues can preserve the possibility of such review.

Adrienne Koch, who co-heads the firm’s litigation department, has a broad range of experience in all types and phases of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, both at the trial level and at the appellate level.
