The New York Law Journal published an article by partner Adrienne Koch that explores certain litigation considerations that can arise when Delaware limited liability companies are used in connection with New York real estate transactions.

Koch’s article is the second in a three-part series that examines common features of real estate transactions that can benefit from a litigation analysis in the negotiation phase. It focuses on how the use of Delaware LLCs can impact statutes of limitations and waivers of duties.

Koch has been with the firm’s litigation department since 1993, and has been a partner since 1998. Adrienne has a broad range of experience in all types and phases of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, both at the trial level and at the appellate level.
