Matthew A. Feigin podcast interview about divorce and taxation

Matthew A. Feigin, a partner in the Matrimonial Department of Katsky Korins LLP, was interviewed for a July 16, 2019 podcast about divorce and taxation.  The podcast series, Financially Ever After,” is targeted at women considering or undergoing divorce.   The interview with Mr. Feigin was about “Changing Tax Obligations and Opportunities.”  He covered, among other topics, how tax planning for divorce can reduce both parties’ costs, when “one dollar is worth more than another dollar” to divorcing parties, and how parties sometimes try to hide assets from their spouses.  He also spoke about ConsensUs®, Katsky Korins’ process for mediating divorce and other family law disputes.
