Adrienne Koch, Mark Walfish Named to Legal 500 U.S. City Elite – New York City for Real Estate

Partners Adrienne B. Koch and Mark Walfish have been named to the Legal 500 U.S. City Elite – New York City rankings for their work in real estate.

Introduced for 2026, the Legal 500 U.S. City Elite recognizes lawyers at regional powerhouses who operate at the highest levels of their respective legal markets. The research process includes interviews with top practitioners, referee and peer feedback, and evidence of key matters handled by ranked attorneys during the past year.

Koch co-chairs Katsky Korins’s litigation department and represents clients on matters involving contract and real estate disputes, defamation, business fraud and other business torts, in addition to appellate work. She serves clients across many industries, including manufacturing, oil refining and coal mining, as well as finance, retail and real estate management and development.

Walfish represents numerous real estate developers in a wide range of litigation and also handles employment disputes, business fraud cases, and other business torts. He has a wide-ranging appellate practice and has served as an arbitrator for the Commercial Arbitration Tribunal of the American Arbitration Association.
