The New York Law Journal Publishes First Article in Series by Adrienne Koch, Neil Miller on Remedies in Real Estate Transactions
Partners Adrienne B. Koch and Neil S. Miller are writing a four-part series in 2023 for the New York Law Journal on remedies in real estate transactions. Their first article, published on March 1, discusses the enforceability of liquid damages provisions in real estate transaction agreements.
