Biography
Voula Katsoris is a partner in the real estate department of Katsky Korins, LLP. Voula is a seasoned real estate attorney with extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate leasing transactions in New York City and nationwide. Known for a careful, detail-oriented approach and a deep understanding of market practices, Voula handles all aspects of the leasing process, including negotiating and drafting letters of intent, brokerage agreements, leases, subleases, lease amendments and all other related documentation. Voula also advises a major hospitality company on a broad range of commercial matters, with a focus on reviewing, negotiating and drafting agreements that support day-to-day and strategic business operations, and has handled the review and negotiation of numerous offering plans for mixed-use condominium projects located throughout the United States and abroad on behalf of a major luxury hospitality company.
Prior to joining Katsky Korins, Voula practiced real estate at several large national and New York City law firms where she represented clients in a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial leasing, the acquisition and sale of commercial properties and the handling of all real estate aspects of corporation acquisition and disposition transactions. Voula has lived in Athens, Greece and is fluent in Greek and conversational in French.
