Biography
Rebecca counsels high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, family offices, corporations, non-profit organizations, trustees and other fiduciaries in a wide variety of cross-border and domestic corporate, finance, trusts and estates, business succession, tax planning, real estate and personal matters. She has broad experience in corporate structuring, asset and real property acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, mergers, partnerships, loans, guaranties and onshore and offshore trust agreements.
Prior to joining Katsky Korins, Rebecca worked at two large international law firms in New York, focusing her practice on sophisticated leveraged finance transactions and major movie production finance, and she spent a year seconded at a top international bank. Most recently, Rebecca moved her practice to Katsky Korins from a boutique private client law firm, where she counseled international and domestic multi-generational family clients, privately held corporations, trusts and non-profit organizations on an extensive range of corporate, personal and succession planning matters.
A native New Yorker, Rebecca has lived and studied in Europe and is conversational in French.
