Biography
Matthew A. Feigin is a partner in the firm’s matrimonial and family law department. He has experience in all phases of matrimonial settlements and litigation, including negotiating prenuptial, postnuptial, and separation agreements and litigating equitable distribution, spousal maintenance, child support, and child custody and visitation. His practice has included disputes over the valuation of businesses, over the tracing of separate and marital property, and over the cost of a couple’s lifestyle.
Prior to joining Katsky Korins, he practiced as a senior associate at Bronstein Van Veen LLC, working especially with high-net-worth clients, and, before that, as a senior special counsel in the office of New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. He has been a member of the Matrimonial Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association (2012 to 2020) and the Chair of its Legislative Subcommittee.
