Biography
Lauren Sellman is an associate in the firm’s real estate department.
Lauren has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial real estate. Lauren represents both borrowers and lenders in commercial mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions and preferred equity investments. In addition, Lauren represents clients in the negotiation of construction agreements.
