Biography
Jeremy Chubak is a partner in the real estate department of Katsky Korins. Jeremy represents owners, lenders, investors and other financial institutions in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Clients seek Jeremy’s representation in connection with the acquisition and disposition of diverse types of real estate assets, including office, hotel, retail, industrial, student housing and multifamily properties; commercial mortgage and mezzanine financings; debt restructuring; and secondary market debt transactions.
Jeremy also advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of high-end and complex residential condominiums, co-ops, and townhouses in New York City and high-end residential homes throughout Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and across the country.
