Biography
Jacqueline Bevilaqua joined the firm’s trusts and estates and tax practices in 2017. She has a strong background in estate planning and estate and trust administration for a diverse clientele and significant experience with complex issues of gift, estate and trust taxation. Jacqueline also has a strong background in international estate planning as well as FATCA compliance and pre-immigration tax planning.
In addition, Jacqueline is experienced in counseling nonprofit corporations on matters of incorporation, governance, and Federal and state tax compliance.
Jacqueline is currently pursuing an LLM in taxation at New York University School of Law. She has served as a member of the New York City Bar Association Trusts, Estates & Surrogate’s Courts Committee.
Prior to joining Katsky Korins, Jacqueline was a senior private wealth consultant with a big four accounting firm and, before that, practiced as an associate at a boutique trusts and estates law firm.
