Biography
Daniel M. Kessler is an associate at Katsky Korins LLP, where he practices in the firm’s real estate department.
Daniel has experience counseling and representing real estate developers, hospitality/resort operators, contractors, individuals, and various sized entities with their transactional, corporate and real estate needs.
Daniel’s practice includes, negotiating and drafting: purchase and sale agreements for commercial and residential real property, mortgage and loan documents, commercial leases, access/license agreements, construction agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, memoranda of understanding and other forms of agreements. Daniel also has experience in preparing and filing Offering Plans for newly constructed buildings or conversions of existing vacant buildings to Condominium ownership. Daniel advises Boards of Directors/Managers with regard to various issues facing Cooperative Apartment Corporations and Condominiums.
