Biography
Ann Ryan joined the firm in 2008 and is a partner in the firm’s real estate department. Ann specializes in commercial leasing and has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in office, restaurant and general retail leases, subleases and other occupancy agreements. Ann has also represented a wide variety of institutional and individual owners, developers and not-for-profit organizations in connection with the acquisition, sale, financing and development of national commercial, residential, industrial and hotel properties. Ann served as a Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal and as an Associate Editor on the Fordham Moot Court Board.
