Biography

Alexandra Domina is a senior associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Department where she focuses on estate planning, complex estate and trust administration and estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.

Having previously held positions as a trusts and estates paralegal and fiduciary accountant for many years, Alexandra has broad experience in all aspects of probate, estate and trust administration and informal and judicial fiduciary accountings as well as the preparation of complex estate tax returns. As a result of having handled estates with extensive art collections, Alexandra is well-versed in art-related planning issues.

Alexandra represents individual and corporate executors and trustees in connection with the administrations of estates and trusts and assists fiduciaries with the performance of their duties.

Alexandra recognizes that tax reduction is often just one of many concerns for her clients. She is sensitive to the challenges which arise from evolving family dynamics and the conflicting or differing interests of beneficiaries.
