Biography
Bernardo is a foreign associate in Katsky Korins’ corporate department. He advises clients on a wide range of transactional and estate planning matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposition of assets, joint ventures, corporate structures, and general corporate governance. His extensive experience in corporate, tax, and estate planning enables him to develop efficient and tailored solutions to each client’s needs.
Before joining Katsky Korins, Bernardo was an associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Veirano Advogados, Brazil. There, he participated in and coordinated complex cross-border transactions, advising clients on numerous projects across sectors including infrastructure, energy, and agribusiness. For the past years, Bernardo has been consistently recognized as a “Key Lawyer” of Veirano Advogados by Legal500, a distinction based on spontaneous nominations from the firm’s clients and partners.
