She serves clients across many industries, including manufacturing, oil refining and coal mining, as well as finance, retail and real estate management and development.

Wachtel co-chairs the firm’s Matrimonial & Family Law practice. She has practiced exclusively in matrimonial and family law since 1982, litigating at the trial and appellate levels in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Wachtel developed and trademarked ConsensUs®, an alternative dispute resolution process for divorce, post-nuptial agreements, paternity proceedings and trial separation matters.

Chubak is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice, representing owners, lenders, investors and other financial institutions in commercial real estate transactions spanning office, hotel, retail, industrial, student housing and multifamily assets.
