Adrienne Koch has been with the firm’s litigation department since 1993, and has been a partner since 1998. Adrienne has a broad range of experience in all types and phases of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and has handled cases involving issues of contract, employment law, real estate, and business fraud and other business torts.
In addition to appearing in Federal and State courts and before arbitration panels and administrative agencies domestically, Adrienne has experience in international arbitration and in taking discovery outside of the United States pursuant to the Hague Convention on Taking Evidence Abroad. In 2014, she was appointed to the Pro Bono Panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Adrienne has been extensively involved with the New York County Lawyers Association, where she is a member of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the Association’s delegation to the State Bar House of Delegates. As well, she is active in the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where she currently chairs the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction and sits on the Council on Judicial Administration, and previously served as a member of the Judiciary Committee, the Committee on Professional Discipline, the Committee on Labor and Employment Law, and the Committee on Civil Rights, and as Secretary to the Council on Judicial Administration. Adrienne has appeared as a guest commentator on business issues on Bloomberg Television and on CNN Financial News.
